Building Hope has teamed up with the CMC Culinary Kitchen, Science and Psychology Departments to bring you a delicious hands on cooking class bringing awareness to the table around mental health. Come together in the kitchen for an evening of food, fun and connection. We’ll discuss how what we eat impacts our mental and physical health… the connection between food and feelings.
