SUMMARY:Healing For Healers
DESCRIPTION:Introducing Healing for Healers—a program for mental health providers to prioritize their own mental health and wellness. \nWe know that this work lives inside of us— so we created a program designed specifically for you\, the people answering the call in Summit County. Healing for Healers offers a safe\, confidential space to connect with peers\, engage in deeper healing practices\, relieve workforce fatigue\, and build a generative community of support. \nNamasport is so proud to have partnered with Building Hope to bring this free program to the Building Hope practitioner network! We will offer a complimentary program every month through the end of 2025. Each 90-minute session will include a somatic ritual\, an evidence-based tool\, and space for individual and group processing. \nCome for one\, or come for all\, the sessions are designed so you can participate whenever it serves you. If you are interested\, please follow the QR code on the flyer to our Eventbrite page so we can add you to our registration list—we would love to have you join us! \nFor those who hold space for others\, this is your space to drop-in\, breathe\, and receive. Healing for Healers was created to help you reset\, restore\, and reconnect—because this is time for you.
