Join Mackenzie St. Onge from the USSki and Snowboard  w. her program called RISE.\n\n\n Mackenzie St.Onge is a former D1 athlete and Dartmouth College graduate. Passionate about athlete development she currently works for U.S. Ski & Snowboard as their Athlete Career & Education Manager. She is also the founder of The Sideline Perspective – a community based platform where injured and retired athletes can come together to find connection\, share stories\, and move forward with purpose. Through storytelling\, interviews\, and podcasts Mac has helped to shed light on the hidden challenges competitive athletes face when temporarily sidelined or no longer able to compete. \n \nA note from Mac: \nWelcome to the sideline – a place I’m pretty sure you don’t want to be right now. I get it\, I’ve been there\, and I’ve learned a lot along the way. Since retiring from competitive sports\, I’ve dedicated my career to helping people find themselves in the times when they are\, both literally and figuratively\, sidelined in life. The lessons learned in elite sports can be applied to so many aspects of life and I’m excited to help you grow in yours. \nThis webinar is designed to take you through a framework of critical thinking exercises that can guide your mental approach to being sidelined. Whether it’s a physical injury that is keeping you out of the mountains or Covid that is keeping you from ‘normal’ life – this framework is applicable in many\, many ways. However you may have found yourself here\, it is important to understand that mindset is everything.
