District 17 Colorado Alcoholics Anonymous (A.A.)<\/strong><\/a> –<\/strong> Offers 21 peer support meetings each week, including 4 in Spanish. Of these, 20 are open to anyone who has an interest in alcoholism or A.A.; only 1 meeting is closed to members or those with a desire to stop drinking. Individuals may visit district17coloradoaa.org\/meetings<\/strong> for a list of local meetings. If an individual is unsure or hesitant to go to a meeting by themselves, contact cpc-pi@district17coloradoaa.org<\/strong><\/a>, and the Public Information Chairperson can connect the individual with a volunteer member of A.A., who will call and offer to meet the individual at an A.A. meeting to help introduce them to the Alcoholics Anonymous program, including the types of meetings, literature, and sponsorship.<\/p>\n

Al-Anon<\/a> – <\/strong>Al-Anon\u00a0is a worldwide fellowship that unites members of different backgrounds, races, and walks of life who come together to help themselves and others to lead purposeful, useful lives by overcoming the frustration and helplessness caused by close association with an alcoholic.<\/p>\n

Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT)<\/a> – <\/strong>Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT) is a free resource that supports the family members and friends of people struggling with addiction, also known as a substance use disorder. CRAFT brings together friends and family members once per week for 10-12 weeks and a trained CRAFT professional guides you through strategies you can use to have more positive interactions with the person in your life who is struggling with a substance use disorder. You\u2019ll get to meet other friends and family members in similar situations to talk through what is and isn\u2019t working as you navigate your relationship with your loved one who is struggling and get guided support from the CRAFT professionals.<\/p>\n

Narcotics Anonymous <\/strong><\/a>– Narcotics Anonymous is a nonprofit Fellowship or society of men and women for whom drugs had become a major problem. We are recovering addicts who meet regularly to help each other stay clean. This is a program of complete abstinence from all drugs. There is only one requirement for membership, the desire to stop using. Local meetings are held at the Agape Outpost Church: 15404 CO HWY 9, Breckenridge, CO, 80424.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Celebrate Recovery<\/a> –<\/strong> Offers online support groups via Zoom; Celebrate Recovery programming is a biblically based approach to help individuals achieve long lasting recovery by healing their hurts, guiding them toward new healthy truths, and developing life-giving habits.<\/p>\n

The Daily Pledge<\/a> – <\/strong>The Daily Pledge is a free, online social community, made possible by the Hazelden Betty Ford Institute for Recovery Advocacy, that provides a source of support and fellowship to those touched by or concerned about the disease of addiction.<\/p>\n

Women for Sobriety<\/a> – <\/strong>Founded in 1975, Women for Sobriety (WFS) is the first peer-support program tailored specifically for women overcoming substance use disorders (SUDs). With both regional and online meetings, the New Life Program provides supportive, empowering, secular, and life-affirming principles that address the unique needs and challenges of women in recovery.<\/p>\n

White Bison<\/a> – <\/strong>Based in Colorado Springs and a proud facilitator of the Wellbriety Movement, White Bison provides sobriety, recovery, addictions prevention, and wellness\/Wellbriety learning resources to the Native American\/Alaskan Native community nationwide.<\/p>\n

Mountain Vertigo Support Group<\/strong> – If you or someone you know has balance, dizziness, or vertigo issues that impact your daily life, you are not alone. The NIH projects that over one fifth of the US population has vertigo issues that affect them at some point in their life.\u00a0 It is the second most common medical complaint in doctors offices and the number one complaint for individuals over 70. Living at higher altitude can compound these problems.\u00a0 A support group beginning in February 2026 will be open to persons experiencing dizziness or vertigo issues, as well as their significant others. The group will share information and tips about coping with these issues, as well as receive information from experts. Society for Neurodiversity (S4Nd)<\/strong><\/a> –<\/strong> S4Nd\u2019s peer support groups are run by and for neurodiverse people. The groups offer members mutual support, guidance, and information sharing. All S4ND peer support groups are open to anyone who identifies as neurodiverse. Groups are held monthly on Sundays using Zoom and takes place from 2:30-4pm<\/p>\n

Autism Society of Colorado<\/a><\/strong> – The Autism Society of Colorado’s online peer support group is a welcoming space for individuals on the autism spectrum, their families and partners, friends, coworkers, and caregivers to connect, share experiences, and find support.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Association for Autism and Neurodiversity<\/strong><\/a> – AANE offers a wide variety of support groups specific to the identity of our community members. Support groups offer a safe environment where participants can talk with like-minded peers, share similar issues and concerns, and celebrate successes. Baby Cafe<\/a> –<\/strong> Baby Cafe\u0301 is a welcoming and cozy place where new and expecting parents can gather weekly to support one another on their breastfeeding journey while receiving guidance and tips from a breastfeeding specialist. All sessions are overseen by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) who provides free advice for families. Baby Cafe\u0301 offers parents and their newborns a spot to relax with refreshments; share experiences, tips and techniques; and socialize with other parents in a child-friendly space. Weight checks for babies are also available free of charge.<\/p>\n

Postpartum Support International (PSI)<\/a><\/strong> – PSI Peer Support Groups offer compassionate peer support for pregnancy loss, infant loss, fertility challenges, and parenting after loss. All groups are 100% free forever, held via Zoom on the Sharewell Platform, and facilitated by trained peer supporters who understand your journey. Spanish speaking groups available.
