Second Circle Program Opens in Mesa County<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The Circle Program in Mesa County held its grand opening this morning, the program’s second location in the state (the first is in Pueblo). The Circle Program is the only state-funded intensive residential program designed for people with co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. This program welcomes people with criminal justice involvement and can address their criminogenic risks in addition to their behavioral health needs.
