As our programming grows, we have recently upgraded our financial process to partner with an accounting firm that is managing our billing and payments. In order to align with standard accounting practices, we are switching to a 30 day pay cycle for each invoice.<\/div>\n

We are making steady progress in transitioning\u00a0to our new online scholarship platform: MountainStrong.org! We’ll be reaching out to you directly when it’s your turn to get onboarded.<\/div>\n

Regarding Medicaid:<\/u><\/div>\n
Please note that this platform does not allow Medicaid clients to receive scholarships due to legal stipulations and contractual restrictions by Vail Health. Going forward, we will be doing much more due diligence to ensure that Medicaid clients get connected to a Medicaid provider. If there are truly no other options or any other extenuating circumstance unique to the client’s needs, we will provide a voucher outside of Mtn Strong and the old billing process will need to be used.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Two other points on Medicaid:<\/u><\/div>\n
1) It is not allowed to bill someone with Medicaid out of pocket. It is illegal to charge anyone with Medicaid with a fee for any healthcare related service, including mental health. Please do not put your practice and your license at risk by charging Medicaid clients out of pocket. We have billing and credentialing support to set you up to take and bill Medicaid. Please reach out to me directly to get this set up.<\/div>\n
2) It is also not allowed to bill Medicaid while also simultaneously billing the scholarship program. Double billing, which is submitting multiple claims for the same session, is strictly prohibited when it comes to Medicaid and our scholarship program. It is important to emphasize that this is not only illegal but also unethical. This prohibition is particularly significant considering the distinct tax and charitable sources of funding for Medicaid and the scholarship program, respectively.<\/div>\n

Camp VIBE<\/b>\u00a0<\/span>is a virtual program designed by Charlie Health to support middle and high school students ages 11-18. High-Fidelity Wrapround is an evidenced based process that support high acuity youth and their families who have mental or behavioral health disorders that could impact the youth\u2019s ability to remain within their community.<\/p>\n

High-Fidelity Wraparound is a team-based outcome driven process that puts the youth and family\u2019s culture at the center of planning to help them be successful in meeting their needs (to include completing system mandates) by building their skills in ways the youth and family will use in sustainable ways to prevent future system involvement.<\/p>\n
