La arteterapia es el acto de utilizar el proceso creativo para reflexionar sobre los retos y reconocer, tomar perspectiva y evolucionar para superar estos problemas con facilidad. No es necesario ser un artista para participar en la terapia del arte. S\u00f3lo te pido que

You do not need to be an artist to engage in art therapy. I only ask that you\r\nopen your mind to being creative in ways of thinking and expressing.\r\n\r\nI counsel from a both a Dialect and Cognitive Behavioral perspective and incorporate art therapy and EMDR into our sessions.
