It’s Okay to Not be Okay!
Find a Therapist
Don’t be afraid to interview your therapist and even try a session or two. If it doesn’t feel like a fit, that’s okay! Just try another one. The important thing is that after a few sessions, with the right therapist, you should feel comfortable, hopeful and safe.
Events
Science has now demonstrated that when we lack social connections and supportive friend networks it actually impacts our mental health, physical health and life expectancy. For these reasons, Building Hope created Community Connectedness Events.
Volunteers
Each volunteer helps us extend our reach and further our mission to create a more coordinated, effective and responsive mental health system that promotes emotional health, reduces stigma, and improves access to care and support for everyone in Summit County.
