Licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years experience, with a medical background prior to graduate school and obtaining Master Social Work degree. Currently a Certified Daring Way Facilitator focusing on assisting clients in being enough, living an intentional life that supports connections, relationships, and skills in discerning/processing shame, guilt and embarrassment.

Trainings and experience in mindfulness and meditation, as well as intrinsic coaching techniques continue to influence my practice. Populations served include military service members and their families, oncology patients and their families, patients with MS and with brain injuries or insults, families affected by natural disasters.

I have been lucky in my career working with different populations through individual, group, couples and family sessions, in numerous settings. The ever evolving field of neuro science and attachment disorders continue to fascinate me, attending courses and experiential events.
