I do client-centered therapy that seeks to inspire and focus one’s heart and mind into a loving balance. I strive to help my clients understand their true-self through knowing many parts of themselves like communication style, personality type, ways of thinking and feeling, family systems and birth order, environmental experiences and more. My strengths are empathy, acceptance, deep-listening, non-judgment, as well as helping clients understand their own power and joy.

I believe that a person is the expert on themselves and has the tools within them for healing. I wish to help clients uncover their own basic goodness and inner strength and wisdom in order to weather the challenges of life. I do Rogerian, narrative, mindfulness-based, systems-oriented, and emotionally-focused therapy. I am here to help my clients to heal and overcome as well as feel more connected to themselves and their community for a more fulfilling life.

My background is from holistic, art, and nature-based teachings. I grew up outside Cleveland, Ohio in a beautiful small town and then attended Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado for an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education. I am trained in contemplative education, Waldorf, and Montessori and have taught mindfulness, “art & emotions”, and more. I received a Masters degree from the University of Colorado Denver in Counseling Psychology Counseling Education where I deepened my practice and understanding of human nature, communities, and emotional/psychological healing and coping. I love helping people understand and heal with lots of love and grace.
