Mental Health First Aid Course – Focused on Youth

This course teaches parents, family members and adults working with adolescents to respond and care for those who may be experiencing a mental health challenge. Participants will learn warning signs, how to reduce stigma surrounding mental health, and how to help youth in mental health crises.
