National Alliance on Mental Illness – Offers crisis phone lines, support groups, as well as education and resources on mental health topics.
La Cocina (Spanish) – Latina-focused in order to break down mental health stigma, address inequity and trauma, and offer birthing support services.
Blue Envelope Program – The Blue Envelope Program promotes safe and effective interactions between first responders and individuals with conditions or disabilities that may impact communication. It provides a simple solution to help drivers with communication challenges during traffic stops. It uses a bright blue envelope to hold essential documents along with clear instructions for both the driver and the officer.

Mental Health Screening – You can take a free mental health screening; this can help individuals know more about what type of specialty areas or therapies a clinician offers may benefit them.
Suicide Prevention
SpeakUp ReachOut – Local to Eagle County. Provides mental health education and training, peer support, and other resources and information focused on suicide prevention.
Suicideology – Offers training on suicide prevention, research and statistics, and resources for community support and resources for specific populations.
American Foundation for Suicide Prevention – AFSP provides information on where to find help and stories from people who have been impacted by suicide. AFSP also provides resources on how to prevent suicide, what to do/how to support individuals after an attempt, how to create safety plans, and resources for those who have lost someone to suicide.
Now Matters Now – Offers mental health skills and tools such as radical acceptance, self-care, and self-soothing techniques. They also provide online peer support.

Alcoholics Anonymous – Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of people who come together to solve their drinking problem. It doesn’t cost anything to attend A.A. meetings. There are no age or education requirements to participate. Membership is open to anyone who wants to do something about their alcohol consumption. A.A’s primary purpose is to help people achieve sobriety.

Adventure Recovery – Adventure Recovery is a treatment provider that offers movement based recovery through wilderness experiences.
Help.org – Provides information on treatment for substance use disorders and rehabilitation services throughout Colorado.

Domestic Violence and Sexual Abuse
STATE
Wings Foundation supports adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse by combining expertise with the healing power of community. They provide resources through customized referrals to therapists and other services as well as therapist-facilitated, peer-centered support groups for adult survivors & loved ones.

Mountain Pride – Organization that offers resources and events local to Summit and Eagle counties.

You: Flourish – Offers an app that helps individuals get connected to vetted mental health and health care professionals that validate their experience. Also offers peer support for shared identities, and lived experiences.
PFLAG – Located in the Denver area offers relocation guide specifically for queer friendly neighborhoods, community engagement, advocacy, and educational events.
Envision: You – Mission of closing gaps in behavioral health outcomes for LGBTQ+ individuals through advocacy, community programing, awareness campaigns, and evidence based trainings.
Aging Adults and Senior Services

50+ Care Navigation – have free services for low-income seniors age 50+. Assisting individuals and families with access to community resources and determining eligibility for public benefits. Contact roger.Abdella@summitcountyco.gov to schedule an appointment.
Summit County Community & Senior – Center a welcoming community space for gatherings and meetings of Summit County residents and visitors. Provides programs, education, assistance to help seniors, live active, independent, and socially enriching lives.

Timberline Adult Day Services – provides daytime care of adults limited in their ability to function independently. Services include healthy meals and snacks, social experiences, daily exercise, music, medical monitoring, and activities in a safe nurturing environment.
Vintage – planning agency for services to seniors in Summit, Eagle, Grand Jackson, and Pitkin county. Services include information and assistance, certified Medicare counseling, dental assistance, advance direct planning, and volunteer programs.
Grief Resources
American Psychological Association – Offers numerous articles on different types of grief, tools on resilience, and practices for navigating the process of healing and coping with grief.
Good Grief – Website that offers tips and support for grief, such as tips for holidays, creating rituals and traditions, and gratitude journal.
Heartlight Center – Sharing Grief. Finding Hope. Offers resources on grief as well as support groups, work books, and workshops.
Housing Resources

Summit Combined Housing Authority – Offers resources for renters, education on landlord/tenant topics & homeownership, and information on deed-restricted neighborhoods.
BIPOC
Mountains Dreamers, Oso Outdoors – Increases opportunities and dismantles barriers for immigrants, non-English speakers, and other underrepresented communities in the mountains to be able to access the outdoors and public lands. Oso Outdoors is a progressive, inclusive, and sustainable effort that is led by people from the mountain immigrant and BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) community.
The Denver Foundation – Offers a range of resources that support those affected by systemic racism. Including links to support groups, black therapist provider search, podcasts on mental health and racism, and meditation apps.
Colorado Blackpackers – A group organized to help address the gap in representation in the outdoors. Offers programs in camping, climbing, skiing, hiking, backpacking, and hiking throughout Colorado! Also offers an Athlete Scholarship!
BIPOC Mental Health – Offers resources on racial trauma, culturally based practices, generational wisdom, and stigma in mental health. As well as many articles on racial justice and managing stress and anxiety related to social justice issues.

Autistic Women & Nonbinary Network – Resources on voting, navigation in the healthcare system, books for parenting, as well as other resources specific to women and non-binary folks.
