I specialize in working with adults and teens to help with self-exploration, how to thrive, feel fulfilled, relational challenges, ADHD, substance use, stress, depression, and anxiety. I also work with families to increase positive communication and improve dynamics. I use a blend of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), positive psychology, solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing (MI), and a strengths-based approach to help individuals identify challenges and overcome them.
