I take a person centered and collaborative approach to therapy, informed by over ten years of helping folks with mental health symptoms. My experience has focused on neurodivergence, women’s issues, teens/adolescents, trauma and addiction. I utilize various techniques with a basis in mindfulness including Art Therapy (when in person), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Difficult times are to be expected however, the expectation is not that you do it alone. Recognizing the need for support can be difficult, and my role is to support you in better understanding your experiences and how to best care for yourself.
