Welcome, I am a psychologist candidate, experienced in both counseling psychology and school psychology. Offering services across the lifespan, I currently see individuals, couples and families full-time with Comeau Psychological and Wellness Services in Dillon and provide neuropsychological assessment part-time with Elevated Insights Assessment in Denver. I offer genuine presence and affirming care through an integrative therapeutic approach, with a grounding and steady rhythm to bring you reassuringly into the now moment. Within my practice, every individual is regarded as uniquely creative and highly valued, holding a safe and respectful space for reflection, where healing and new perspectives can clear your desired path forward. In particular, I offer skilled support with trauma, depression and anxiety, relationships, women’s/men’s issues, gender identity process, ADHD, autism and helping families navigate disability services. In addition to my primary therapeutic work, I also specialize in neurodiversity-affirming assessment of developmental, learning, and mental health conditions. Professionally, I draw upon 15+ years of mental health leadership in Colorado schools and therapeutic centers, as well as work in community mental health and university counseling and assessment centers. My comprehensive approach is rooted in my interdisciplinary background, with masters training in molecular genetics and counseling psychology (University of Nebraska), and doctoral training in school psychology (University of Colorado Denver). As a Master Reiki practitioner, yogi and meditator myself, I believe in the complementary nature of psychology within the context of holistic wellness, and my clinical work reflects this also.
