I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) who helps individuals navigating stress, anxiety, life transitions, depression, self-compassion, and other personal or professional challenges. My approach focuses on helping clients develop the ability to handle difficult thoughts and emotions more effectively while taking meaningful action toward the life they want to live. I enjoy working with individuals who want to live with greater intention, gain clarity about what matters most to them, and create a life that feels more aligned with their values.

Before becoming a counselor, I served in the United States Marine Corps, and I continue to work as a ski patroller during the winter season. These experiences have shaped my appreciation for resilience, service, and the challenges that come with demanding roles and high expectations. I am particularly passionate about working with individuals who are committed to becoming the best version of themselves and are willing to engage in the process of growth, self-discovery, and meaningful change.

My style is collaborative, practical, and focused on what matters most to each client. Rather than getting stuck in a struggle with unwanted thoughts, emotions, or past experiences, I help clients build the skills to respond to life’s challenges with greater flexibility and intention. Together, we work to identify personal values, overcome obstacles that may be getting in the way, and create lasting changes that lead to a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
