I am a mental health counselor who works with individuals, couples, and families experience a range of issues. As an avid outdoor woman, my passion lies in the combination of nature, movement, and mental health treatment, a practice commonly known as eco-therapy. At Grit, I offer walk-and-talk sessions, as well as trail running/biking/and skiing sessions. Research has shown, and I firmly believe, that reconnecting our minds and bodies with nature is a powerful way to regulate and heal.

My therapeutic approach is person-centered and focuses on the individual needs of each client. I work to create a safe and empathetic space to foster a genuine therapeutic relationship – a place I believe both growth and change are made. I also incorporate mindfulness, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and internal family systems (IFS) into my practice.

I am originally from Hershey, Pennsylvania. But headed west in 2014 and never looked back! I currently live in Silverthorne and enjoy trail running, skiing, biking, and reading.
