I believe that everyone has the power and strength to overcome the obstacles and turbulence that is bound to interfere with our lives, and sometimes we need a guiding hand for support. I feel honored when I am able to join my clients in their therapeutic journeys to the better life or relationship that they so desire.
I work with children, adolescents, and families. I believe that we are all part of many systems and therefore we have to work within those systems in order to grow and heal. We are all unique and therefore I utilize an individualized treatment plan for each person(s), that we will create together. It is important that you feel like your opinion and desires are valued in this relationship. I am trained in many varieties of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Neurosequential Trauma Therapy Model, Internal Family Systems (IFS) Approach, Narrative Therapy, and Brief Solution Focused Therapy (BSFT).
