Hi, I am a Nationally Certified Counselor in private practice in Breckenridge, Colorado. I work primarily with individuals and couples. I understand that going through a difficult time happens to all of us and help/support can make all the difference in managing challenges as effectively and healthily as possible. I have a Master’s degree in Human Services with a Specialization in Mental Health Counseling; Brainspotting Phase 1 (developed from EMDR); Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFT); BS with Teacher Certification (K-8; cert. exp.); Parents as Teachers training (early brain development).

I have experience working with individuals with co-occurring disorders such as addiction coupled with depression, anxiety, and/or trauma. I have a passion for working with couples to help recognize and change unhealthy patterns. I work as a partner with clients toward achieving their goals.
