I am a Licensed Social Worker who loves working with tweens, teens, and young adults (ages 12+). I help youth and adults overcome depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, school and work issues and self-harm/suicidal ideation through a strong and impactful therapeutic relationship.

I have previous experience as a school social worker and have focused my career on being a strong advocate, supporter, and resource for my clients. I firmly believe in empowering individuals to strive for their passions and goals while finding balance and serenity in their lives and relationships. I work together with my clients to practice introspection, self-care, and self-forgiveness.

I believe in the therapeutic relationship overall and will work with my clients to identify the modalities and styles that feel best for them. Starting with this person-centered approach, I’ll incorporate aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness, breathing and relaxation techniques, and other techniques. I know that change can be hard, so I also want to work with my clients to lower the barriers to change and address uncertainty and hesitation by working on self-empowerment and focusing on strengths.
