The CU Denver Student and Community Counseling Center (SCCC) provides mental health services to CU students and Colorado community members. Community members may schedule up to 10 sessions per year and are charged on a sliding scale basis. We offer culturally responsive strengths-based therapy focused on achieving personal growth and building supportive relationships. Our counselors will help you reach your personal goals using Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
While we welcome all prospective clients, the SCCC cannot provide intensive or long-term clinical services. This includes treatment for severe eating disorders, serious substance abuse, or acute symptoms requiring hospitalization.
