I am a Board Certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner, and I hold a Doctorate in Nursing Practice. I joined Wellness Psychiatry in November 2022 with the goal of providing compassionate, evidence-based care to a wide variety of patients. I grew up in Grand Junction, Colorado. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Kenyon College in 2013, I joined the Peace Corps and served in Ghana, where I learned the value of accessible healthcare and the versatile role of nursing.

When I returned to the United States, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Colorado in 2016 and immediately focused on psychiatric care. I worked at Centennial Peaks Hospital and later at Denver Health, across the inpatient adolescent, consultation-liaison, electroconvulsive therapy, and inpatient adult units. In 2022, I completed my Doctor of Nursing Practice at the University of Wyoming. My education, experience, and training allow me to provide excellent and collaborative care to my patients.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our three dogs. We love eating pizza, going to live music events, and are (very tentatively) learning how to kayak.
