I am a marriage and family therapist who helps teens, adults, couples, and families get more out of their lives and relationships. I believe that deep healing can happen in supportive relationships which is why I focus on a strong, trusting connection with my clients. My goal is to create a space where you can listen to your own inner wisdom and make decisions from a place of clarity and confidence.

I work individually with teens (ages 13+) and adults as well as with couples and families as a whole. My style is curious and non-judgmental. I am not afraid of challenging my clients to try on new perspectives and to ask difficult questions. Additionally, I love to help my clients recognize and build upon their strengths.

My orientation to therapy is influenced by Gestalt, AEDP, attachment theory and somatic therapy. I try to bring a multicultural and systemic lens to all that I do.
