It takes courage to start a therapeutic process, but rest assured you are not alone. I’ll be with you every step of the way. I’m an integrative body-centered psychotherapist who works with adults and adolescents struggling with their relationship with self and others; and is looking to improve self-esteem, emotional regulation, authentic expression, and interpersonal relationships. My approach is kind, compassionate, non-judgmental, and experiential. My mission is to make you feel like you matter and give you a safe place to be completely yourself.

I work from a trauma-informed, body-centered, relational approach, so we can listen to and connect with your inner experience in a way that feels manageable and authentic. I use a combination of Eye Movement Desensitization and Repressing (EMDR), cognitive behavioral therapies, mindfulness, art, and nature therapy to adapt and respond to your individual needs.

Operating from a deep belief in the connection of the body and mind, I choose and adapt approaches that observe this relationship. The body often sends messages to the brain to stop and pay attention. These signals operate in and out of awareness and can be a source of trouble for your inner world and relationships. My job is to guide the integration of these experiences so you can create the life you want to live.

It doesn’t matter what you’ve been through, if something is troubling you now, now is the time to listen.
