I am a counselor who serves families and individuals of all ages and backgrounds. I believe healing is best encouraged in a supportive and genuine relationship. I work very hard with each person to develop this connection and love watching my clients grow and thrive as a result.

At Grit Therapy, I work with individual adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, relationship issues, and work/life balance issues. I also work with children and teens ages 8+ and their families. I engage my younger clients both in individual work, and family work as I feel strongly that children and teens thrive in healthy family settings. Additionally, I offer family therapy for families of all ages.

My approach to therapy is person-centered and based on the needs of the individual or family I am working with. I incorporate a combination of dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), interpersonal therapy, mindfulness, and somatic therapy in my practice.

I practice Mon-Thu. My telehealth days are Tues and Thurs from 10am to 6pm, and my in-person days are Mon and Wed from 10am to 6pm.
