Are you feeling disconnected from yourself, your relationships, or the life you thought you’d be living? Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, a painful loss, or the lingering effects of trauma, you don’t have to do it alone. I work with adults who are seeking to reconnect with their true selves and move toward a greater sense of clarity and emotional presence.
My clients often include those healing from trauma, grief in all its forms, relationship challenges, and burnout. I also support people navigating complex relational dynamics, boundary challenges, and attachment-related struggles. My practice is LGBTQ+ affirming and inclusive.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I create a safe space for healing by integrating mindfulness practices, body-based check-ins, and EMDR (when appropriate). If you’re curious to explore your inner world—even if you’re not sure what that looks like—I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
