I understand that seeking therapy is a courageous step, and I want to assure you that you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can express yourself openly and work toward the growth and healing you deserve. With 9 years of experience in clinical and educational settings, I have had the privilege of helping children, adolescents, families, and young adults navigate various challenges. I am especially passionate about supporting Hispanic families as they adapt to life in the U.S., honoring their unique experiences and cultural values.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Developmental Psychology, with trauma-informed practices interwoven throughout. For children, I use play therapy and Conscious Discipline to meet them at their developmental stage and help them express emotions in a way that feels natural and safe. Jackie expanded her practice and got credentialed in Psychological Evaluations for immigration cases.
