I have expertise, but you are the expert on you! With offices in Dillon and Arvada, there are several ways I can help you on your journey toward becoming your ideal self including therapy, psychological testing & assessment, and sport and performance psychology services. My office in Dillon is focused on providing psychological testing & assessment for children (8 and older), adolescents, and adults who may have ADHD, Learning Disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, mood disorders, and personality disorders.
My services are collaborative and an opportunity to gain insight, skills, and growth. I strive to help people not only resolve their current problems but gain the confidence and skills to deal with challenges in the future. I am well-versed in tailoring empirically supported approaches to suit the unique needs of my clients, no matter the concern. I have worked with a variety of client concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, injury recovery, interpersonal conflict, and life transitions just to name a few. I also have specific training and a passion for working with athletes, high performers, return to sport, injury recovery/management, TBIs, and chronic pain/illnesses.
