I believe that therapy is an opportunity for people to make changes in their lives. Through the support of a strong therapeutic relationship, clients will feel empowered to make these changes for themselves. I have extensive experience working with anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, grief, and transitional life stressors. I believe in a relationship-based psychodynamic approach to therapy using elements of Cognitive and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies, Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy. I tailor my approach to the individual needs of clients, finding creative solutions to match a client’s unique challenges.
