I believe that every woman has an inherent ability to heal, nurture, and birth new life, even in her darkest moments. I work with women experiencing depression, anxiety, low self esteem, chronic worry, work/life balance and stress, postpartum depression and anxiety, loss of meaning or purpose and religious trauma. I am passionate about connecting with women wherever they are on their journey and helping them move through the dark moments of their life to reclaim their power and joy. I truly believe that you have all the grit that you need to build your best life. I pull from the fields of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Existential Therapy, Feminist Therapy, and Positive Psychology to create an experience that is collaborative, client centered, and grounded in well-researched, best practices.
