My therapy practice is based on the premise that clients are the experts of their own experience. I believe that my role is to follow the client’s inner wisdom and to have genuine curiosity and compassion in order to move the client into being the best version of themself that they can be. I see clients who are experiencing eating disorders, mood disorders, experiencing relationship difficulties, and/or have gone through traumatic experiences.

I specialize in eating disorder recovery, mood disorders, relationship issues, somatic practices, embodied techniques, and thought challenging. I do this through genuine curiosity, humor, and grounded energy.

My approach is client – centered, non-judgmental, trauma-informed, and strengthening the mind-body connection. I support people in finding their authentic selves and living the life that they dream of living. I look forward to connecting soon!
