Hi – I’m Laurie. As a therapist, I help people navigate the ups and downs of life. Before I decided to work in mental health, I was part of the outdoor industry/community for almost as long as I have been a therapist. I lived/worked in Summit County for several years before landing in the Front Range. Prior to opening up my own practice, I worked as a therapist in community mental health for over a decade.

Anxiety, depression and trauma are just a few of the issues I address in therapy. Maybe you feel stressed out, overwhelmed or burned out after managing the chaos of the past few years. I can support you during life transitions, help you navigate the complexities of trauma or gain tools to manage anxiety and depression. I offer sessions online to increase your access to care.

I believe everyone has the capacity to grow, heal and change. My clients would say I value being approachable, authentic and creating a space that is safe and non-judgmental. My approach is client centered, meaning we will work together to figure out what works best for you based on your unique goals. My focus is on helping you build confidence and resiliency to allow you to be the best version of yourself.
