I’m Lynn Meyer, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Addiction Specialist (CAS) in the state of Colorado. I earned my Master’s degree from Colorado State University in 2009 and have spent the past several years working in a variety of settings—including private practice, community-based mental health, integrated healthcare, schools, inpatient facilities, and law enforcement settings. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of providing individual therapy, facilitating counseling groups, and supervising master’s-level students as they develop their clinical skills.

I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, school or work difficulties, self-esteem struggles, and addiction. My approach is strengths-based and flexible—I pull from different therapeutic techniques depending on your personality, needs, and what actually works for you. Most importantly, I offer a nonjudgmental space where we can tackle whatever is weighing you down and work toward the growth and change you’re looking for.

It’s truly an honor to help people through some of life’s toughest moments. I believe therapy should feel warm, supportive, and maybe even a little enjoyable (yes, really!). Alongside evidence-based techniques, I bring compassion, humor, and a down-to-earth approach to help make the process feel less overwhelming and more empowering.

Therapy isn’t about quick fixes—but it can create lasting change. If you’re ready to get started, let’s connect! Feel free to reach out for a free phone consultation—I’d love to see if we’re a good fit.

I am currently accepting new clients with Medicaid, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Elevate Health/Denver Health Medical Plans, and Lucent Health.
