I’m a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Denver and a certificate in Human-Animal-Environment Interactions in Social Work (HAEI). I believe in creating a space that feels real — client-centered and strengths-based, with a generous dose of humor, unconditional positive regard, and empowerment. Healing happens when you feel safe, seen, and free to show up as your messy, beautiful, authentic self.

I offer an integrative approach, tailoring therapy to the unique needs and preferences of each client. I have additional training in EMDR, CPT, and trauma-informed care, and I’ve worked with people navigating the full spectrum of being human — PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, and life transitions. For couples, I provide Gottman Method Therapy, because let’s be real: love is beautiful, but it can also be complicated.

I’m deeply passionate about the human-animal-environment connection; for me, being attuned to nature, animals, and the world around us isn’t just background — it’s another pathway to healing.

Therapy can feel hard, hopeful, confusing, and everything in between — but you don’t have to do it alone. My goal is to walk alongside you as you build resilience, reclaim your footing, and move toward more peace — while making sure we pause for a laugh when it’s needed most.
