Hello! It’s me, Nicole. I designed Creatality, LLC with the idea of offering creative services to support you in healing, regaining self-worth, and finding kindness and love for your uniqueness.

I want to support you through what has been on your mind and allow you to free yourself from doubt and nagging issues that keep you feeling stuck. I offer a unique experience in art therapy and counseling that empowers you to express, share, and reflect on yourself.

Art Therapy is the act of utilizing the creative process to reflect on challenges and acknowledge, perspective take, and evolve into moving through these issues with ease. You do not need to be an artist to engage in art therapy. I only ask that you
open your mind to being creative in ways of thinking and expressing.

I counsel from a both a Dialect and Cognitive Behavioral perspective and incorporate art therapy and EMDR into our sessions. I support both talk therapy and Art Therapy as sources of healing.
