Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Addictions Counselor (LAC), and a certified yoga instructor with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from the University of Denver, completed in 2022. My professional journey includes extensive experience in nature-based and horticultural therapy, along with evidence-based modalities such as EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). I have previous experience in experiential residential treatment for young adults, crisis response in Summit County, and work in community mental health.

My therapeutic approach integrates nature-based and horticultural therapy to complement traditional counseling methods, fostering resilience and emotional well-being. I am passionate about leveraging nature’s healing power to support individuals, adolescents, and couples on their journey of self-discovery and growth. Outside of my practice, I enjoy outdoor activities such as biking and skiing, cultivating vegetables, and spending time with my adventurous pup.

I work collaboratively with clients to explore strengths, confront obstacles, and foster meaningful change in a compassionate and non-judgmental space. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, addiction, or other challenges, I am
dedicated to guiding you on your path to healing.
