I serve the community as a therapist, as well as a yoga & meditation teacher. My master’s program at Naropa University focused on mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling, which I infuse into my teachings and my client work. I am an integrative therapist, bringing a blend of body-oriented (somatic) & client-centered approaches that include positive psychology, parts work, gestalt, and acceptance & commitment therapy. I view my clients as innately whole, complete beings, and trust your inner wisdom throughout the therapeutic process. I have additional training in psychedelic-assisted therapy, and am passionate about supporting folx through altered states of consciousness. In addition to psychotherapy services, I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic preparation & integration.
