Samantha (she/her) has her bachelor’s in Ecology & Evolutionary Biology from University of Colorado and completed her master’s degree in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling at Naropa University. Her background in ecology, coupled with her passion for wellness and yoga, leads Samantha to look beyond symptom management alone and to focus on integrative health with her clients. Samantha views clients as innately whole, complete beings, and trusts clients’ inner wisdom throughout the therapeutic process. Samantha has led workshops, classes, 1:1 coaching, and retreats both locally & abroad. She creates an open space for the community to dig deeper into Self and utilizes various practices to improve health physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Samantha is an integrative therapist, bringing a blend of body-oriented (somatic) & client-centered approaches that include positive psychology, parts work, gestalt, & acceptance and commitment therapy. She has over a decade of combined academic & professional experience to her work and believes in the importance of whole-person wellness. She splits her time between two local practices:

At Namasport, Samantha is a clinician, a yoga & meditation teacher, and serves as studio manager. She infuses mindfulness & transpersonal themes into her teachings and her client work.

At Amazing Brains, Samantha combines brain training (neuromodulation) and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) with her therapy practice. She has a strong emphasis on cultivating flow states & providing alternative avenues for healing.
