I serve the community as a therapist, supervisor, and yoga & meditation teacher. My master’s training at Naropa University focused on mindfulness-based transpersonal counseling, a foundation that continues to inform my work today. As an integrative therapist, I blend somatic and client-centered approaches, including mindfulness, Integrated Family Systems (IFS)/parts work, positive psychology, gestalt therapy, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom, discover new possibilities for healing, and create lives that feel more authentic, meaningful, and aligned.
In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy, psilocybin-assisted psychotherapy, and psychedelic preparation and integration services. Whether you’re navigating a significant life transition, seeking deeper self-understanding, or integrating a meaningful psychedelic experience, I strive to create a grounded, compassionate space where all parts of you are welcome.

I view my clients as inherently whole and trust in the wisdom that already exists within them. My role is to walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and support as you deepen your connection to yourself and cultivate lasting well-being.
