I view each client as a person worthy of being seen, heard, and valued. I utilize a strengths-based approach with the belief that each client is capable of fostering their own change and healing. Alongside other therapeutic modalities, I implement CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and person-centered strategies with a trauma-informed approach. I believe that a spiritual connection can be very healing, and I am able to integrate spirituality into sessions through an existential or Christian perspective if requested. I maintain that spiritual integration is up to the client, and I am able to work with individuals of all backgrounds and beliefs.

Through empathy and compassion, I will create a safe space and help you examine your inner thoughts, beliefs, and life experiences. I specialize in issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and grief and loss.
