I have worked for various human services organizations in Summit County, Colorado since 2016. I have always had a passion for helping others. It is my belief that every person has the potential to succeed in life when given the right tools and support. I have the experience, education and tools to provide therapy to adults, teens and pre-teens. I tailor my approach to meet the specific needs of each individual I work with. I provide a wide array of interventions aimed to target trauma, life transition, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, relationship dysfunction and more. Interventions used in my practice include EMDR (eye movement destination and reprocessing), CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), person centered therapy, Synergetic Play Therapy, somatic and mindfulness techniques. I offer in person and Telehealth options for individual therapy.

I provide a judgment free environment where all are welcome. I understand that seeking therapeutic services can be a big first step and I aim to help all adults, teens, pre-teens and families feel comfortable and involved in the therapeutic process.
