“Live life like someone left the gate wide open.” – Author Unknown
Going to therapy doesn’t mean you are weak- it means you are strong and willing to do the work to achieve your goals. Be proud of yourself for taking the first step on your journey towards happiness and well-being! Therapy is an investment in yourself and your future, which can help you be more engaged in life, have a successful career, and be more connected to loved ones. Let’s work together to help you live your best life!
As someone who lives and works in the Vail Valley, I understand how difficult it can be to find a therapist that you won’t run into in the grocery store all the time. For this reason, I offer safe, confidential telehealth (video) therapy sessions from the comfort of your home or office. With over 7 years of clinical experience, I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced abusive relationships, sexual assault, socio/cultural oppression, LGBTQ+, and the quarter-life crisis (yep, it’s literally a real thing). My therapeutic style is one of validation, normalization, and non-judgment. I offer a space for you to come and be as you are so we can work together to help you be your best self, living your best life.
On my days off I can be found biking through the mountains or snuggling with my certified therapy dog, Theodore Tater Tott III. Also, I’m a hardcore animal lover with a penchant for travel, most often to my hometown of Chicago. Thank you for taking the time to learn a little about me and I hope to have the opportunity to learn more about you.
