I earned my Master of Social Work Degree at Metropolitan State University of Denver. For the past four years I have been an Elementary School Social Worker. In that role, I support students through crisis events, family changes, and challenges within the classroom. In my private practice I work with older adolescents and adults in all life stages.

I believe in the importance of partnership in the client-therapist relationship. We both have meaningful parts to bring to the session. You know yourself best and what you would like to gain from our time together. I aim to work within your value system and current goals as we construct solutions together. In that process, I will also be sharing skills with you around body awareness, recognizing emotion, and coping with stress.
