Congratulations on taking the first step to learning more about yourself! The first step toward change is often the hardest yet one of the most courageous acts you can do. I work with clients to create more fulfillment, trust, joy, and deeper connections within themselves, and their relationships. I meet people where they are, listen with a non-judgmental ear, provide unconditional positive regard, and create a safe space for healing and processing.
Through various tools and explorations, I work with clients to push beyond their comfort level and embrace new lines of communication with the body, mind, and self. Each session is an invitation to dive deeper into the layers of self to heal inner wounds and dissolve outdated belief systems. It is my goal to help you establish confidence, reliability, love, and safety from within, so you can wholeheartedly live from a place of authenticity and true expression.
I enjoy working with all ages, and identities. My approach to therapy is intentional, creative, playful, and full of love. By incorporating different practices- such as mindfulness, narrative, motivational interviewing, CBT, somatic work, and nature therapy – I work with clients to find the approach that works best with their values and strengths. I work with those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and relationship and adjustment issues. I also work with families experiencing hardship, and child and parent conflicts, and offer parent coaching.
I look forward to getting to know you and helping you navigate life, establish goals, and create a therapeutic relationship. As a lifelong learner, I am excited to learn more about you and your journey. Feel free to text/call/email if you are interested in starting services.
