I’m Veronica Rocha, MA, LPC, IEDAS-C, a seasoned, highly experienced and specialized therapist in Summit County, Colorado. I work with people navigating anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, body image distress, and substance use, and often when these concerns are tangled together. My approach is warm yet direct, trauma-informed, and grounded in harm reduction, with an emphasis on insight + practical tools that translate into everyday life.

My hope is that our work gives you more room to breath both inside your body and in your relationships, and in your day-to-day choices. I can help you find your voice and power, ease panic and chronic worry, rebuild trust with food and your body, process trauma in a paced and compassionate way, or reduce harm and create stability around substance use. I want you to feel less fearful and more like yourself.

I have founded and run multiple organizations aimed at healing trauma and eating disorders, educating and mentoring clinicians, and making the world a safer, more equitable place to exist.

Among all my other roles, I keep a small caseload of adult clients here in Summit County.
