Building Hope’s Wellness Program was created to expand access to wellness services that nurture emotional health and overall well-being. While talk therapy is a powerful tool, we recognize that practices such as massage, acupuncture, yoga, and others can also play an important role in mental health and serve as meaningful complements to therapy.
We’ve partnered with local wellness providers who share our values to offer discounted services to our scholarship recipients.
