Free Mindfulness Course for Kids in our Community

My name is Rob Van Hyfte, I have been a Summit County resident for almost 10 years, and I am a passionate educator who founded a company called Summit Mindfulness. I have taught classes for SOS Outreach, Summit High School, and the Literacy Project (in Eagle County). I now have a completely online curriculum, which helps kids ease stress, anxiety, and difficult emotions. Due to the challenges we are facing, I have decided to offer my 8-week course free of charge to the first 10 parents who are interested in enrolling their middle school or high school kids. Please contact me at ravh@summit-mindfulness.com if you know of anyone I can help; I see this course as a wonderful complement to whatever mental health services you are providing.

The last Multi-Disciplinary Reflective Supervision Group will take place in May on a weekend day. The application has been opened again as we have room for a few more people (3-5).
