RAVI’S PROVIDER UPDATES
Dear Summit County Mental Health Providers,
We have two very exciting opportunities for you! We are on the verge of debuting two innovative new programs to the county:
1) Crisis Slots
Are you interested in doing crisis stabilization work? In partnership with the SMART Team and other agencies, we are seeking to provide individuals in crisis with 3-5 consecutive sessions of stabilization counseling. We will pay you $100 a week to commit to holding space in your calendar for crisis clients as needed, in addition to paying $150/hr per crisis session completed.
Please fill out this form if you are interested in learning more about the program and to begin the application process: Crisis Stabilization Program Application. We will follow up directly with more details on the structure and logistics of the program after you have submitted the form.
2) Equity Incentives
Do you specialize in providing services for any of the following equity demographics?
Do you have deep experience, certifications or advanced skills in serving these vulnerable populations? If so, our Equity Incentive Program will pay an additional $15/hr session for scholarship clients that receive these specialized services from you. Please submit the linked application forms to express your interest and we will follow up. In the future, we will expand this program to include veterans, refugees, and potentially other populations.
Extra: Envision:You Behavioral Health Provider Training
As part of our growing equity programming, we are partnering with Envision:You to offer an LGBTQ+ training in Summit County that will include CEUs. Attached are details on what will be covered in the training.
This training session will take place in person and will be a full day commitment. The tentative date is Tues, Jan 25th. We are being offered a discounted non-profit rate of $225 per provider to make it more accessible. Please email me if you are interested in attending.
Additionally, Building Hope can provide mini-grant funds to support those interested in the training but require financial assistance to attend. Please reach out to Kellyn if you’d like to apply for a mini-grant to attend.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
