RAVI’S PROVIDER UPDATES

Dear Summit County Mental Health Providers,

Building Hope is reaching out to local mental health professionals on behalf of Public Health to share this information and ensure efficient and effective distribution of the COVID vaccine in our community. Please see the note from Public Health below, and be sure to click on the link and instructions for the vaccination roll out to determine your follow up actions.

Public Health’s goal is to reach any Phase 1 Healthcare workers we may have missed in our COVID vaccine planning to date. See the included link to the Public Health website which provides a description of Phase 1A/1B.  We are asking local providers to review this information. If they believe they fit into 1A or 1B, but have not been contacted by Public Health, we are asking that they please fill out a form which is linked to on this webpage.  Public Health will reach out within 3 business days of receiving this.
Please bear in mind, that this 1st phase is only for providers who primarily practice in Summit County and are presently seeing clients in-person. This is due to the limited vaccine supply and the need to vaccinate those most at risk of contracting COVID. As supply becomes more readily available, Public Health will move through the next phases as quickly as possible.
Please contact Public Health at 970-668-9161 with any questions.
Respectfully,
Amanda Merriman RN, BSN
