Support Group Options in the Summit County Community
“It has really helped me in a time of darkness and uncertainty. It has also given me my motivation back in taking care of myself.”
Life is challenging and often filled with struggles that appear when you least expect it. Regardless of what you are experiencing, here at Building Hope we want to provide you with the resources and assistance you need during these difficult times. In collaboration with other community partners, Community Support Groups have evolved and now offer a wide range of options for many challenging life topics.
No matter what brought you to our page, we guarantee you are not alone. Building Hope has partnered with professional therapists, that offer therapy in a group atmosphere, which can be very healing. Check out the link below to see a full list of the resources and groups that Building Hope offers.
These groups provide an opportunity to come together to connect with the community, share how you are doing and gain tips and skills to thrive when facing adversity… Free to individuals, organizations, and group members as needed.

“Having a small group and an amazing therapist to help us along the way was very beneficial. She really listened to us and had us set personal goals.”
In 2024 Building Hope’s Community Support Groups impacted 599 individuals and held 118 sessions.
While the situation is challenging, we believe in the power of our community to make a difference. By rallying together, we can continue providing vital mental health services to our neighbors in need.
