Support Group Options in the Summit County Community

“It has really helped me in a time of darkness and uncertainty. It has also given me my motivation back in taking care of myself.”

Life is challenging and often filled with struggles that appear when you least expect it. Regardless of what you are experiencing, here at Building Hope we want to provide you with the resources and assistance you need during these difficult times. In collaboration with other community partners, Community Support Groups have evolved and now offer a wide range of options for many challenging life topics.

Dealing with the loss of a loved one, suffering from a traumatic brain injury, or surviving a sexual assault can benefit from connecting with others like you. Some people may not be ready or feel the need for one-on-one therapy but are open to a group atmosphere. Building Hope has partnered with local therapists to offer in-person and virtual gathering places for locals and their peer groups covering a wide range of life topics.
